World Handball Championship - VOK-REF 03 at the heart of the debate
1st February 2009 – 5.30 pm, the whole world is focused on the Zagreb Arena, for the start of the World Handball Cup Final between France and Croatia.
While it’s no surprise to see these two teams playing against each other at this level of the competition, the real innovation is to be seen among the Danish referees, who are wearing a tailor-made earpiece that allows them to speak to each other and be in touch with the score table throughout the match.
ADEUNIS RF has entered the world of handball in a big way with its wireless communication system that is already used by the great football and rugby referees worldwide. It’s now taking part in its third world cup after the football world cup in Germany in 2006 and the rugby world cup in France in 2007.
